Dodi has one of the best scenting abilities of
any Chessie I have ever owned. She is extremely
good retrieving from a fast flowing river especially on
partridge when they are part submerged. She regularly
finds birds that other dogs have failed to retrieve.
She has a very kind, gentle, biddable temperament.
She is very ladylike and one almost never has to check
her. She marks well and retrieves to hand.
A beautiful blond bitch Dodi has been exhibited
only very occasionally but always does extremely well.
